SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

I, [Customer Name], hereby authorize MT Precision Detailing to perform detailing services on my vehicle: [Vehicle].

Pre-Existing Damage: I acknowledge and confirm that any damage, scratches, dents, paint chips, stains, odors, or defects present on my vehicle prior to service are pre-existing. MT Precision Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to my vehicle, interior surfaces, or any personal items left inside the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability: MT Precision Detailing takes every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of all services performed. However, in cases where pre-existing damage is undiscovered at the time of service, MT Precision Detailing shall bear no responsibility. Our liability is limited solely to the cost of the service performed.

Vehicle Condition: I confirm that the vehicle described above is in a condition that can safely receive detailing services. I agree to disclose any known issues that may affect the service.

Photography: I consent to MT Precision Detailing photographing my vehicle before and after service for quality documentation and promotional use.

Stains, Odors & Contamination: Some stains, odors, pet hair, and interior contamination may not be fully removable. MT Precision Detailing will make every effort but cannot guarantee complete removal of all pre-existing contamination.

Vehicle Access: Customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle and remove all personal belongings before service begins. MT Precision Detailing is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment.

Additional Charges: Severe conditions (excessive dirt, biological contamination, heavily soiled interiors, etc.) may require additional charges. Any such charges will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before completion of service.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This fee must be collected before any future appointments can be scheduled.
